  I’ve been banking at MCT for a few years. I started banking there because of its convenient location. What I found was great customer service. Taylor Elmore, in particular, has always been very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have.

  All of the wonderful staff members at MCT are amazing especially Taylor Elmore , who is always very helpful and very informative about anything banking or loan wise . At the MCT branch in Orange, TX every staff member here is very welcoming and family oriented! If your looking for an awesome family oriented credit union MCT is the place to go!

  I highly recommend MCT credit union. I especially was impressed with service I experienced with Taylor Elmore. She helped me refinance my car loan. I tell everyone to ask for her!

  I love coming to MCTCU, everybody’s so friendly. Great atmosphere, Taylor’s my favorite she always says hello, and ask how I am! I have been using MCT for 4 years and will always continue to use them!

  Thrilled to be a new member of MCT Credit Union and no longer just a customer at a bank!! Thanks to Taylor Elmore for providing excellent member service and information on membership. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming so very different from the bank I have used for the past 30 years. My previous bank always had such a negative vibe with customers and employees impatient and upset. The members of MCT that came in along with the employees were friendly and knew each other. 😊

  Great People to deal with! Excellent communication is what keeps me coming back! MCT definitely is there for the customer’s well being. Would like to personally thank Jackie Hughes for help with a new purchase. Transaction was done flawlessly!
