  They made it extremely hard to close my junior account and withdraw all funds. Even when I had my parent present, it still took the branch manager numerous visits and policy loopholes to jump through. It has still left a bad impression and I will never be back

  Went in as soon as I could get there after work. The representative was so understanding and attentive to what I was looking for. Took the time to explain all of my options and walked me through the entire process. She even stayed late helping me finish and set up the online and mobile accounts. She also got goodies for my children for their Jr saver accounts. Went absolutely above and beyond. I finally found a bank that I can unequivocally and absolutely trust and depend on.

  Have never had anything less than stellar experience. Everyone I come into contact with there is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, and I am always treated with respect, kindness, and patience. The standout for me would most certainly have to be Cathy. She is always ready to help me with any question I have and takes care of every last concern of mine before I leave the premises. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

  Not many locations. Limited weekend hrs. Limited check withdrawal per day doesn't allow for paying rent unless you call to increase it. Nice bank representatives. Enjoy immediate E-mail notification of funds withdrawn. Got alert for fraud as well as to remind you to record the transaction in your checkbook register.

  I was so happy to find out this bank was available to me as a Barrington Bank customer. This location is so close to home, employees and tellers are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for your continued great service.

  Friendly but hard to get somebody that can answer questions. Was put on hold with "treasury management". after 20 minutes with no response gave up.

  I really like this Bank because it has always gotten me out of my troubles, they have always helped me in everything and it has service in Spanish
