  I’ve had my loan with McCue since 2015 and have been pleased with the service I have received. I have been making additional principal payments over the years and I am happy to say, my loan will be paid in full next month. In the future, if and when needed, the Mc Cue Mortgage Company will be my preference/top choice. A special thank you goes to Joan who has been very helpful during the entire process of paying off my mortgage.

  McCue Mortgage has been a good partner to me for my entire mortgage journey. Through good times and difficult ones. As an example, during a recent difficult time my experience working with Mayra Disdiel of the loss mitigation department was very positive. Just having a person ask "what can you do" and patiently explain my options was a relief.

  I was let go from my job due to Covid-19. I became panicked at the thought of losing our home. McCue Mortgage went well beyond their normal duties and took us by the hand. Excellent communications and reassurance that our loan payments would be put to the end of the mortgage term! Not only did that happen, the staff informed us of two grants that could be applied to the missing payments!! Thank you McCue Mortgage. Elizabeth & Dean

  I have had a mortgage with McCue for about 10 years now. I can honestly say that I've never had any problems or complaints.

  My husband died, so my financial situation had changed. I set up automatic payments with Mccue mortgage explaining their would be particular months that would need different dates of withdrawals. They agreed and things went well without any issues for a bit under a year. Then suddenly my payments started coming out on unapproved dates, making my payments bounce, as well as accruing fees thru them and my bank. I called to have this fixed and suddenly no one knew about the agreement and there was nothing they could do about it. My credit tanked from a 760 to 380 within a few months of this happening and they had even started a foreclosure on me. No one there was willing to assist me in getting this resolved, they just demanded payment. It has been YEARS and I’m still attempting to get my credit back on track all thanks to McCue mortgage!! Worst company to do business with, & absolutely the worst customer service on the planet!!
