  It is impossible to reach this bank on the telephone. You end up in infinite loop of messages and prompts that take you back to where you started. Maddening.

  I opened an account under my son's name and this branch in Schaumburg on Higgins rd by the target gave me such a hard time withdrawing some money out when I'm there parent/owner of the account. Their behavior during the whole ordeal made me not trust this bank. The manager, some older blonde witch made me open a checking account then made me transfer money from my son's savings account just so I can withdraw money. The worst experience I've ever had at a bank. I was there for over an hour trying to pull out $50 for my son's school. Then on top of that the old witch (manager) opened up a checking account that needed some certain things during the 30 day period so I wouldn't get hit with fees.... after I told her I want basic account. These people are sneaky and not very customer oriented. If there was an option for negative stars it be negative 5....
