Mike H5Great service. Very friendly, helpful employees. I have been banking here since 1991 when they were named Federal Employees Credit Union. I have never considered moving to a different bank.

Megan Day1I have been banking with this location for 10 months. I have deposited checks from an account I have with another bank since I opened the account. Today, the “manager” decided she was going to put a hold on my check, even though they have deposited and cashed checks from the SAME account for thousands more since I opened my account. She refused to take the hold off then tried to tell me she couldn’t cancel my transaction when I asked for my deposit back. As a business owner, this is the WORST experience with a bank I’ve ever had! I have chosen to close my account with this bank and go with Equity Bank. They are a MUCH better bank and when it comes to customer service, Equity bank is over the top! DO NOT USE MAZUMA!!!

EnigMajicc1Tried to withdraw a large amount of money from the ATM. The door didn't open for the money to come out and the receipt didn't print. My bank account said that it had been taken out. The money was in limbo. Nowhere. I went inside to ask for help. Nothing. They couldn't do anything. Don't use the ATM.

Kerry McWhorter1Everything is difficult. Noone wants to help and they say someone will call you back but they don't. Switched to a different bank. It's ok for 6 different employees to have my social but they won't give me my account number to pay off a loan. Been trying for a week to pay off final account and they have refused wire transfer. And have to reset password almost everytime I try to log in online.

Robert1Terrible service.. Calling and going through the automated system is a nightmare. You must allocate 2 to 3 hours, get transferred around, and then maybe you’ll have a question answered.

Shay Harp5My review is about a specific person. Her name is Gloria Brown. I don’t know what branch she works for but this woman is FANTASTIC! I had a situation with my GAP coverage when my vehicle was totaled and they refused to pay up because of a discount I received from Mazuma. Gloria went out of her way to help me and because of her help, my GAP was paid. She didn’t have to do what she did, but because of her genuine care for her customers, she did and I will forever be grateful! Thank you Gloria!
