  I was issued a car loan for a terrible bmw car purchase sold as a 2013 model that was really a 2011 vehicle with many issues including missing suspension and broken back up camera while being a prior car accident victim. I returned the vehicle to HI FIVE CARS in far rockaway queens where the purchase was made. Immediately informed the bank requesting them to terminate my contract then months later receiving a court summons as if the repossessed the vehicle. This bank amd the car companies HI FIVE CARS are a bunch of CROOKS getting over on people. This financial institution needs to be exposed.

  DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM!!!! i owe 50% interest on a car worth 13k and there are no refinancing options and they will take your car the second you miss a payment! i am now stuck with paying OUTRAGEUOS numbers and hope that maybe i can get out one day

  I was three days late on a payment after having my wallet and belongings stolen. Went to go make the payment and call them to explain and they already repossessed the car and then went completely silent not answering calls, emails or texts. Extremely unprofessional
