  whoever calls to offer new loans to previous customers needs to work on some customer service. So rude and refused to tell me her name. Never would use a business that hires that level of professional.

  This company has 1 on the beat staffing that is polite, curiously and very patient with there clients. The ladies in there do there best to get u the most money and responsible interest rate.

  Great customer service, great staff, I was approved for loan and they report to credit monthly so my credit score improved. My first loan was over $300 and given full month plus 10 day grace period before 1st payment was due.

  The CURRENT manager here is down right rude and ignorant. The girls who work there are nice and friendly as can be, but the manager acts as though she just walked in out of the ghetto with no business experience whatsoever. She's hateful and doesn't even use proper grammar. If she's in the office when you come in to make payments or whatever reason, it will be an unpleasant experience. The other girls who work there are wonderful if you can skip dealing with her.

  They've kept me knee deep in beer money since 2011. They've been courteous and easy to deal with since I found out about them. They keep a professional staff and will always have my business. #CanYouDigIt

  They never answer the phone. They say payments can be taken over the phone but 5 days no answer . My first experience will pay this off fast and stay with my bank lower interest .
