  Matt is the best there is! I called to get some info about a mortgage and he answered the phone and had everything set up for me in minutes! He's not afraid to tell you the truth, how much you can afford, how much you should ask for, and all the steps needed to get your house financed! He was always quickly available to answer all my questions. He always responded to emails quickly, and always answered the phone. This guy knows what he's doing, and knows your unique situation and exactly what you need to do...even if you have no idea what your doing, he'll walk you through every step of the process, from start to finish.   I ran into an odd issue with my military retirement being less than a year away. Technically I would not be “Employed”. Instead of just saying no, Matt and his team contacted the appropriate folks and fast forward a year My family and I are in our retirement home. First class group of folks who genuinely care about the lender. If I ever need to use their services again. Absolutley no question I will call Matt.
