  Process was incredibly fast and smooth. The SWBC portal makes it super easy to upload all the files and stay on top of your next steps. Upon completion of the loan, SWBC sends home a packet with all the necessary information (appraisal, Closing Disclosure, Deed, etc) so it's easy to reference. Additionally, the portal makes it very simple to check the balance of the loan, make payments, download EOY documents, etc. To this day, the best and easiest process I've experienced in the mortgage industry. Finally, shout out to Matt and Allie, great team to work with!

  Being married to a pilot, we have sold and bought 8 homes for 8 different moves over the last 18 years. This process with Matt & SWBC mortgage has been, without a doubt, the most seamless and efficient loan process we have ever been through. I cannot say enough about how great the communication was every step of the way. Even with purchasing a home during Thanksgiving and while Matt was on vacation, he responded every single time within minutes. The team was so efficient, we were set to close 5 days early!   I can say without a doubt. SWBC Mortgage made a huge positive investment in adding Matthew Maier to their team. I have worked with Matthew before on a few other investment adventures, and Matthew was with me every step of the way. He not only made sure I was informed and up to speed, he made sure that all other outside sources that needed to be informed were up to speed and tracking, all with the end goal of making my new home worry free and a smooth process. Matthew and his team work hard for you, and honestly make you feel like your their only client. If Matthew couldn’t respond someone from the SWBC Mortgage team would get back to me and if I had a question that they didn’t know the answer to, they went out of their way to get an answer and got back to me within minutes to an hour or so. Absolutely amazing experience and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to call Matthew and enjoy the experience of dealing with a down to earth professional willing to give you his shirt off his back if need be.   I’ve worked with Matt multiple times on my personal properties as well as many of my clients. Simply put, he consistently exceeded expectations in all areas.   Matt and his team completely exceeded my expectations. I will be honest, I am very hard to please, I am a perfectionist and a bit OCD which can be taxing I am sure. Matt and his team handled all my worries and stress with ease and grace. I also own my own business and purchasing a home not having a normal income would usually be a complete disaster but again Matt and his team walked me through the whole process holding my hand the entire time. I would scream from the roof tops to hire them, I want to buy another house just to use them again! This was a hard process for me and they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of the entire time down to the last day. They truly made an extremely stressful situation for me into a good experience. I can not say enough kind things about them and my experience with them. I will forever be grateful for them helping me and my family get into our dream home.

  I have been continually impressed by Matt and his entire team. I know and work with a dozen Lenders, but a few things really set Matt apart from his competitors. The first being his creativity and depth of knowledge about loan options. He uses these skills to get clients into the best possible loan for their unique situations. The second being how involved he is in the process. This is not a man who gets the client through pre-qualification then passes the torch to other people and disappears. Matt always has this thumb on the pulse of the loans he is servicing, and that level of service is both rare and incredibly valuable. I could go on and on about how wonderful he is to work with, but I will end it with this final note: have you seen his face? He's adorable.
