  It was an amazing experience to work with Mason and his team. I am an entrepreneur and my income was viewed as risky or unreliable by other mortgage companies, however, Mason handled my account with experience, integrity and conviction.   Mason went above and beyond to help me with my individual needs. Long before we began the refinance process, Mason gave me the advice I needed to do some pre-work to increase my credit score and get myself into a better position to qualify for a lower rate loan. I followed his advice which was much different than what any other mortgage company was suggesting (because they just wanted my business now). Because I did what Mason suggested, my credit increased significantly and I qualified for a much better loan almost a year later. It is not often that you find a person to work with who has the customer's best interest in mind, and that's what I got by working with Mason. Once I started the loan process, the app made it so easy to gather and send my information, communication was clear and quick, and everything was done quickly and easily! I highly recommend working with Mason.

  Thanks to my wonderful Lender Mason Miller who work so expeditiously to help me achieve my dream of home ownership. I located and purchased my home in less than 3 months. Throughout my process he kept me informed and answered whenever I called no matter the time of day. He continued to keep the lines of communication open. I feel that Mason went above and beyond my expectations and made my house buying process way less stressful than I assumed it would be. I would highly recommend him to family/ friends.   Mason has been great throughout my house buying process. He's one of the busiest people I've ever met but he still managed to answer all of my questions, take all of my phone calls, and provide me with the best possible loan option for my situation. He's professional, courteous, knowledgeable and dedicated to his clients no matter what day of the week it is. Most importantly, I could trust him. Buying a house is probably the biggest purchase anyone will ever make and knowing my financial and personal information was safe with him meant everything. From the first time I called Mason, I felt that my situation was being evaluated as my situation. The time he spent in the beginning to get to know me allowed me to feel confident he was the right partner and allowed us to make the best approach to be successful. Mason provided a plan of action and I agreed to stick to it so together we could reach the goal of Approval. Throughout the whole process, we were in constant contact, good or bad. I was soon shopping for houses, found my dream home, and put in my offer. After my offer was accepted, I was clear to close 21 days later and moving in to my new house. Not to give Mason all the credit, I worked my tail off to ensure he was not waiting on me for anything, but his expertise was spot on for everything.   I would say that I am 1000% satisfied and BEYOND with my entire time working with Mason. I was not an easy case that came to him by referral. I had been working with another company who basically delayed my process by 6 months by falsely promising me a closing and kept pushing and pushing until I almost lost the house and about $1500 towards a deposit and appraisal. It only took one phone call to Mason and a few emails of my information to get started and he made more progress in a few short weeks than the other company did in 6 months. He stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of every part of the process. If he needed something from me, I got it to him and he had the issue or proofs done by the end of the day with an update to me as to what was going on. Working with Mason, my closing only took a few weeks with all of the circumstances. I will be moving in at the end of this month, and I honestly would not have been able to do it without him.
