  Do NOT file your taxes here! My parents have been coming here for years before I came to file my taxes here and this is the first time I get my taxes done with Martha. I sent her an email February 14th 2022 with all my tax info as that is how they requested it. I never got a call or anything. Then I go on my day off and their helper tells me my taxes should be ready by Saturday or Sunday. No call Saturday and Sunday they’re closed after they told me they were open. Finally my taxes were filed February 21st. Martha told me two weeks. I kept checking IRS2Go and they did not have my info. I called and they said that they haven’t received my taxes. So I kept calling and the receptionist said Martha was busy to call back at a later time. I did and no answer. So I decided to text her directly today! March 15th 2022 and she said I was going to receive them by the end of next week! That’s after 21 days! I checked IRS2Go again and my info finally populated saying they received my taxes. If I would have never text her then she would have never submitted them! And I wouldn’t have gotten my refund. I am extremely disappointed and upset. My family and I will no longer be coming here to file our taxes. Liars

  My mom has been coming here for many many years and myself from this point on. There are worse tax return preparers out there that can fugde you over and also steal from inoccent families. Choose your tax return preparer carefully because you entrust them with your private information that needs to be protected. Martha and her employees always do a great jod. Best service ever we will always recommend people. -Curiel Family

  If she Charges top of the line Price for tax filing, we expect to be top of the line work. Which she does not provide, until you start insisting for your taxes to be finished. With a mistake on them, she does the minimal amount of work to try and correct the issue. Her Office is unorganized and doesn't have any idea who's next in line, or who comes next. Serious changes should be made to the location to feel welcomed.

  Called, stopped in...Martha is never available after she does your taxes. She made a mistake in my taxes and would not assist. I also tried dropping off the paperwork that needed to be filled out but she didn’t fill it out. Ever time I called she was either at lunch on the phone or with someone. Said she would call or answer the phone after 12:30 and tried at that time but then I was told to call after 7:00 pm. Always done excuse to avoid helping. She really has no clue what she going and her office is mismanaged and dirty.

  I have been doing my taxes with Martha for over 20 years, she’s very patient with the client and reviews every detail that is required for a good refund, she’s a wonderful person as well, her list of clients has grown that most recent people don’t have patients and time. Love coming back every year with her.

  I do Agree the wait is forever but so Worth it. She's Awesome & very helpful with making sure her Customers leave Happy! I've been going to her for over 20 years. A beautiful person inside out. I recommend her to everyone I know. 😉

  Never on schedule they open super late than what the business hour says, came one morning and they opened an hour later while people have been waiting outside
