Joseph Scialabba1The customer service at this bank is an absolute tragedy. A joke upon your fellow man. Rarely have i encountered people like monica who put more effort into getting you off the phone then to actually helping you.

Matt Montalbano5My parents have been customers for Marquette Bank since 1999. As they got older and required more assistance with getting to the bank or helping with transactions I was impressed with the bank. They were always friendly, professional and checked their password as part of their security measures. As my parents required more assistance with banking and added my name to their account, I was even more impressed with the support your staff gave me. My mother passed away in 2016. When I went to your bank to verify the death, and broke down crying to your representative (Linda Tellez) I can't tell you what the compassion that she showed me meant to me! Linda was transferred to another branch (5700 W. 159th St) and I followed her to that branch. Even though I was shaking inside trying to handle my dad's banking and everything else that an elderly parent requires, Linda, Caylyn and on occasion Janet Bullaro were there to explain things, support me and walk me through transactions. I felt comfortable to go to this branch while emotionally challenged with all the responsibility on my shoulders. At this point, I had to have a bank that was closer to where I live, and so it was suggested/required by Medicaid that I close the Marquette account. Regretfully, I closed the account and felt an emotional tug to a branch that I relied on and trusted so much! I thank Dell Ann Esquivel as she helped me through this and listened to my heart felt stories of how nice the staff has been to me and my family. I truly wish Marquette Bank opened up a branch on the north side near Arlington Hts. so that I could continue to bank with them. Maybe that is something that will happen in the near future. Thank you 5700 W. 159th St. branch and all of your staff! I can't thank you enough! Diane Zimont-Montalbano

Savannah Rae1Horrendous customer service doesn’t explain anything to where it’s understandable just expects you to understand what’s going on then pushes you under the rug
