  We used Mark to refinance our house and we couldn’t have asked for a better loan advisor! He was always available to answer questions, give advice, and guide my husband and I through the process. He got us an amazing rate and we were able to save hundreds of dollars per month as a result. And above all, he is a nice guy!

  We're preparing to do our second mortgage with Mark, and recommend him without hesitation for his overall business knowledge, attention to financial detail, and keen ability to understand our situation and what we need without pressuring us. More specifically, 1. Mark provides a service, not a sales pitch. Mark does not push, prod, poke, or pester you. He is there when you ask for him, and he stands by otherwise until you need him.This kind of professionalism is rare. 2. Mark has rare "strategic" financial and market knowledge in addition to expertise on the mortgage process. If there are market supply and demand conditions that affect what you should do even *before* you apply for a mortgage, Mark will advise you of how you can increase your chances of getting that house you want even before you apply. 3. He makes the actual mortgage and loan process seamless and efficient. He knows his company's online application system very well and can help you put the pieces you need together quickly, and 4. He will say "no" if he can't provide what you've asked for rather than pushing you in the wrong direction just to make a sale. These are the reasons why, ten years after we got our first mortgage from Mark, we are coming back for the second.

  My husband and I went to Mark for 2 mortgages and some refinancing of mortgages. When my husband passed away, I knew I could trust Mark to help me navigate purchasing a new home. He did not disappoint! He has kept me updated on interest rates, and I just walked out of closing on a refinance (16 months after my initial mortgage) with a lower interest rate and monthly payments! If you are thinking of a new loan or refinance, talk to Mark! He makes everything so easy!

  Mark was recommended to us by a friend living in Lancaster. He referred to Mark as the mortgage ninja, and that was just one of the many great qualities about Mark. We were first time home buyers in an unfamiliar area, moving from Chicago to Lancaster. He answered all the hard questions with truth and grace, never pressured us when we would get cold feet on occasion, was patient, and when we needed to move quickly helped us close within a couple weeks. I am not a numbers person, and Mark would email us easy quick breakdowns to simplify the process. Besides being that smart numbers guy, he also plays the bass! Pretty cool and trusting man!

  Mark was amazing to work with! My husband and I began our search for a house in March 2019. We finally found one in November. Every time we found something promising we were able to run it by Mark and get costs/estimate sheets in different scenarios; which included purchase price, taxes, closing costs and length of loan. This was a tremendous help. The application process itself was facilitated by an online portal where you could load all required documents. Mark always responded really quickly - even on the weekends! Many thanks to Mark and his team!

  The best of the best. I have worked with Mark Pontz on several loans over the years and he always gives us the best rates and lowest fees. He communicates incredibly quickly and effectively. The process is always smooth and 100% easier than other lenders I have worked with. This time around, we did a "no contact" closing in April 2020, and it was quick and easy.
