      Very convenient location for me and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Plus I enjoy that it is rarely busy when I go there.

      The issue that I have I needed to speak with someone in reference to financial advice. I received a card with this man name on it Craig Yohe. However it as his information whats the sense of that if you are never at the branch on freedom way. I let the bank know exactly what I wanted nothing else. I was told that he called and I didn't answer why would I didn't recognize the number. If you are doing this type of business leave a message. He is at the Air station helping other military people. They really need to take that sign down in the building about financial advisory because no one is never there to assist when needed. Thank you for not noticing. I found someone that is helping me because obliviously Marine Federal doesn't hire enough people within this field to help others, assume that it maybe something else that the customer wants or hope that they would just go away that is not the case. I'm so done with the nonsense. It important that when you have military families that bank with your company at least provide GOOD service when it comes to situations like this.

      I havent had the greatest experiences with this credit union. I contribute it to them being very outdated and the customer service subpar. I will explain more to anyone that wants to hear but I would recommend other credit unions before this one.
