  Line might be a little slow, but it's not because of the workers. I closed out my mortgage account today. In lterest rate was a little high but my payments were always super affordable and Everytime I went there they were always helpful and iv never had an issue👍👍👍

  I was attracted to them for their ads saying they don’t only look at your credit score when lending loans. I was denied but told if I opened their Get Credit Loan (each month put money into savings and it counts as a “payment”) in a year I would be guaranteed a loan, and was even told it could be possible to be approved prior to a year. I took their advice and almost a year later I applied for a loan and not was told 1. The Get Credit Loan program does not guarantee you an approval after a year 2. I would be approved in a month after showing one more month of good payments on my existing car financing Well, a month later, the loan officer is on leave and the new person handling my application tells me that they see no record of this agreement and he doesn’t think I will get approved. Sure enough I was denied! Do much for looking beyond d a credit score and repeatedly lied to me. I closed my Get Credit Loan account and refuse to ever do business with them again.

  CROOKS!!. They are the worst! They will rip you off and report fraudulent information to the credit bureaus. If I could give them a 0 I would. Beware!!

  If I could give a zero or a negative star review I would…HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Very incompetent people!! My 77 year old grandfather that has a current loan there, with an 809 credit score, was just denied credit for a new loan for $1500.00 more. All because the credit union is full of incompetent staff members that are unable to do their jobs correctly. My grandfather has NEVER missed a payment or anything. The credit union staff continued to harass him for proof of insurance on his ATV that he provided to them on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!! So, then they flagged his account, because of their ignorance and stupidity!! The dealership is now considering not using this credit union for future deals!!

  A couple months ago my transmission blew and I needed a new car. I never thought in a million years I would ever be able to get a car loan. Thanks to Aaron McCollum at Marine Credit Union I was approved for one! I cannot be more grateful for Aaron working hard as ever, even at home, to be able to get me approved.   9 dollar fee every time you pay your car payment from a bank that's not them... dumpster fire

You are correct that there is a $9.95 fee for payments with debit cards, but there is no fee if you use your routing and account number for the payment, like a check by phone.   Lobby is closed, forcing you to use drive through. The idea of drive through is to be fast, efficient, and convenient. This location doesn't hit any of those marks. Lack luster tellers; no energy in what they're doing and each transaction is about 20 minutes or more. If you want to wait in a line of 20+ cars while the employees go as slow as a turtle in molasses then this place is for you. Educator's, Guardian, and Landmark credit union are some others that are available in this area and you don't have to take 1.5 hours out of your day for personal banking transactions at a drive through window.

  My husband and I had nothing but great experiences with Marine Credit Union especially Ed Zammeron with a refinance. We were in an odd situation with our credit. Ed helped us get our finances back on track so that we could refinance our home and help us towards our financial goals. We can't say enough about the service and all that was provided to us. We always felt our best interest were top of mind over anything else. Thank you Ed and Marine Credit Union!

  I was looking for a car and ended up finding my dream car. I was having trouble finding a decent loan because of my credit and ended up getting into contact with Aaron. Ended up with a great deal and a great experience. Very helpful and on top of everything!

  First time looking for a loan, the person to go to or ask for is Aaron McCollum. Very helpful and very nice, keeps you updated very knowledgeable. The process was quick and very professional. Got me a loan and in my new car within two days!!!!
