  Manuel was excellent in explaining every step in detail throughout my home refinance. He took the time to listen and answer my questions. He made sure we understood everything and felt comfortable before moving to the next phase of our process. He went out of his way to help us at all and any hours of the day. He met our expectations in every aspect. Manuel and his entire team are phenomenal they even closed our loan sooner than we expected.
