  Manny Gomes and his staff made my complicated refinance process seamless. They clearly understand that the average person is not used to collecting the kinds of documents needed to get the loan approved. They were very helpful and efficient through every step of the process. Their online system makes uploading documents easy. Being able to electronically sign many of the documents and have a lawyer come to my home for the final documents made it easy for me to stay at home while finalizing the loan process. I can’t say enough good things about the process and the staff I worked with.

  Manny and his team were great. They worked through all the mortgage products with me and found the best rate for the product I wanted. The software they use to upload and track documents made the process much easier than other refi's I've had. Customer service could not have been better. Overall just a great experience!
