  Malvern Bank is a small town friendly bank who treats you like family. Their customer service is amazing as well as all of their employees. They are fast, efficient, and always have a smile when you walk in. I love their mobile deposit app, it makes it so easy to do from your phone straight to your account. Thank you Malvern Bank

  I will forever be thankful for having such a great and reliable bank like The Malvern Bank in my town! Everyone who works there is so kind and eager to answer any of my questions! I had a situation a couple of years ago where a restaurant took way more money out of my account then they were supposed to and the bank took care of it for me immediately. On the Fourth of July, my home caught on fire and the bank owner came right away to make sure my family was okay, and offered a place to stay, and any help we needed. You won’t find that anywhere else. Will always bank through Malvern!

  There are a lot of banks out there and they all have advertisements saying they are the best and that they will go above and beyond. Malvern Trust and Savings Bank is the only one I have ever done business with that actually does that! They are professional, friendly and have many loyal followers. Even if it is out of your way, bank here- it’s the best bank around!

  As a person who although I don't live in Mills County I have a lifelong attachment to the community of Malvern. As a property owner I appreciate the availability of the bank to my tenant making rent payments very easy. But it goes beyond that. It's about people and the people at Malvern Bank are second to none. That attitude and relationship goes from Jay all the way down!

  I have nothing but nice things to say about Malvern Bank. While buying my first house a couple years ago, I worked full time overnights. Ben, my loan officer, was so understanding and went out of his way to only call and set up meetings in the afternoon. He was so conscious and never once interrupted a day of sleep for me. That may seem small but made a world of difference on my end. That is just one of the reasons I’ll always be loyal to Malvern Bank.

  I opened my first savings account in 1962 with a deposit of $3. Have used the Malvern Bank, as have all of my family members all these years and still think it's the friendliest bank I've even been in our used. Like 300 miles away but still drop in any time I'm in town. They are what all banks should be like!

  I have ALWAYS had great experiences with the Malvern bank. Everyone is so friendly and always greets you with a smile. Mr. Burdic is also an excellent guy. My family had a major fire at their home on the 4th of July. Jay came down to make sure everyone was okay, and offered a place to stay and any help that was needed when my family was displaced. Truly an amazing small town bank.

  I have banked with the Malvern Bank since I opened my first account at the age of 7. The bank has grown over the years but the service remains small town friendly while incorporating services that rival any big city bank's. I never plan on doing business with any other bank for my personal or business needs.
