  This group was great to work with. The market is hot and we did not want to compete for a new house with a contract that was contingent on us selling our existing one. They found creative funding options for me that others could not, allowing us to get a contract on our dream home. After purchase, they dotted every "i" and crossed every "t", making sure to keep us up-to-date and answer any question we had about the whole process. Very nice staff - personable, responsible, available.

  Had an excellent experience working with MAK! It all started with a NO STRINGS ATTACHED phone call that lasted over 40 minutes and helped me better understand the home buying process step by step (I wasn;t even sure I was ready to buy a home at that point and they still offered a great personalized and honest conversation about my options!). They then walked me through my loan options and found me a great deal!! Would work with them again in a heartbeat!

  My partner and I are now first-time homeowners. We went with Mary-Kathryn and her team at MAK Financial Group as our mortgage broker. From start to finish, Mary-Kathryn was generous with her time and expertise. Prior to us even speaking with a realtor, she walked us through multiple loan scenarios, broke down the numbers, and helped us to understand what we could afford. During the homebuying process, she and Scotti were very prompt, accessible, and fully in our court. MAK Financial also helped us with finding some great deals. We appreciated not having to hunt for the best rates and lender ourselves, and MAK connected us with a survey company with a rate half the cost of the one recommended by our title company! I've been told it's strange to say you really like your mortgage broker, but we certainly do!
