      This bank is the absolute worst along with Kelly Azzinaro and Tonya Seiler. Their communication is horrible, they lie and are negligent. They told me I was approved for a commercial loan so I moved forward with putting a LARGE non-refundable deposit down on a property only to find out 24 hours after that they could not move forward on the loan. They do not answer their phone, they are not timely manner and the reasons for disapproving the commercial loan were not accurate only trying to brush me off after messing around with 10s of thousands of dollars of mine.

      Last week, I took a friend into Main Street Bank to see if they could help her with a financial concern. I have always been impressed with the service at Main Street, but on this day, from the time we walked in Sandy Pepper went over and above anything that could have been expected. She was fantastic and tried to answer all our silly questions. Any questions she couldn't answer, she found someone who could. Sandy's inviting smile and wonderful customer service, add to Main Street's focus on truly being helpful. It's a shame all businesses don't work like this. There is no doubt that I will continue to recommend Main Street Community Bank in Holly Hill.
