  I have had my home refinanced by MainStreet Bank. It was a smooth sail from beginning to the end. It started with me just inquiring about their services and rates, and in no time I went to settlement without any headache. Initially I went to inquire about business loans. As it is, I have my home refinanced and I am in the process of getting a business loan. I have met two of vice presidents, Tom Cary, VP of the Business Banking, and Manjur Ahmed, VP of Residential Lending, plus Sean Biehl, Commercial Lender Manager. From the first meeting these guys listened and genuinely tried to come up with best solutions. I could not have asked for more. All three are awesome cases of banking personnel and brain. For one case I can speak more about, and that is Manjur Ahmed (VP) since I have dealt with him more. This guy is a walking encyclopedia of banking and a very caring character to set my banking needs and interests first. He taught me a lot about strategizing and prioritizing my goals and then picking the plan that best suits me. I can't say enough about his knowledge and genuine care. I can just say, Thanks !! I certainly recommend others to check this bank out and I suggest to people to find the banks who care, and not just big hot airs like Quicken Loans / Rocket Mortgage.

  Is this a real bank? Called for help with setting my online account for an auto loan and its the most convoluted system I've ever seen. Im genuinely scared for my privacy. Its like they stood up this bank with the help of an IT intern.

  I had an awful experience with MSB. I bought a property to be built and they assured me they would finance the building part. I was told it would be done. They dragged their feet for months. The business banker did not return phone calls and texts. Ultimately I had to move to another bank to do the deal and this cost me many thousands,

  Please don't go here. I did not feel welcome at all. Just weird vibe. Stopped in to cash a check and the middle eastern guy looked at me like a fool.

  Are you guys kidding me I was there right at 4 pm they still had a person they were taking care off I drove 30 min to get here and right at 4 the guy said they are closed not even one minute has passed very poor costumer service .
