  I refinanced two of my home loans with Main Street Home Loans and during the height of the craziness that was late 2020/early 2021 when it seems the entire world was refinancing to take advantage of the low rates. Most lenders were taking six months or more to close a refinance transaction, but Main Street was so efficient and made me aware of the obstacles and definitely under promised and over delivered. I secured AMAZING rates on both homes, closed in a record period of time (in that particular environment), had zero lender fees and simply had the best experience. I proudly recommend Main Street Home Loans to anyone needing to purchase or refinance a home or simply if they're looking for financial advice, because the Loan Officers there are not just selling a mortgage; they look at your overall financials and your goals and advise accordingly.

  My wife and I refinanced our home loan with Main Street Home Loans in November of 2020 when it was crazy. Every other lender told us it would be a 3 month process (if not longer). We decided to go with Main Street as our loan officer was very informative, communicative and said they could do it in less than 3 months. Imagine our surprise when we were told we were good to go in 30 days after submitting our application and all our documents! They did what they said they would do and delivered excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I will defintely use Main Street Home Loans again in the future and have suggested them to my friends and family based on what we experienced.

  I completed both a refinance and a purchase loan with Main Street and could not ne happier with my experience. My refinance was a bit tricky, with some home insurance claims occurring concurrently, but Main Street was able to sort everything out very quickly and get me closed on time. I went back again for my purchase in November 2021 and was able to tie-up financing QUICKLY which gave me a huge edge in the extremely competitive market I was in. Excellent service, above and beyond.

  Take your business elsewhere. One of their leads is slick but not customer-oriented. He lured us in thinking we found a friendly, helpful lender in the home-buying process but we were consistently underwhelmed after we signed on to use the firm. There were delays in responses, several instances of key information not being properly shared with us, and an instance when an affiliated firm reached out to us unsolicited and kept bothering us after we asked them to stop. Worst of all, I'm far from confident we got the best rate we deserved. Unfortunately, since this was our first time buying a home and since the market was blazing hot, we weren't sure what recourse we had. One good outcome is that our loan could have been worse. Two stars because they technically did their job and didn't break any laws, but you can definitely find better (and more personable!) lenders even in this market.

  We refinanced our home with Nick Anthony and had such an amazing experience, especially considering previous horrible experiences with our prior lender (one of the big banks). This was so easy, their technology made the application process painless. Nick and our processor Andrea Denault were extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and stayed in constant communication - NOTHING like working with a big lender where you are "just a number". We could not have asked for a better experience!

  Main Street helped us purchase our first home and helped us again when we upgraded into our second home. They have amazing customer service and the people we worked with always kept us in the loop every step of the way!   My experience with Main Street in 2020 was nothing short of spectacular. We completed our refinance in less than 30 days during a time other banks and lenders were quoting up to 6 months. Loan status updates were automated, which made us feel completely informed throughout the entire process.

  Main Streets Home Loans gave us the run around throughout our whole process. Taylor our Home loan consultant told me that he was 100% sure that everything was looking good until it wasn't and everything fell apart causing me to possibly lose money that I didn't have to lose. He would also never respond to emails only calls, which I am pretty sure was for him to not get caught up in anything. Throughout the process when we sent over our documents to Kimberly the senior loan processor, she didn't read the documents that was given to her throughly.. my sister had to send a document to her multiples before she got what she needed..( The same document at that). Which causes me to believe that they didn't want to work with us in the first place. If you are looking for financing on a home please take your time and money elsewhere to people that truly care.
