  I’ve been banking with Macatawa Bank for 11 years. Their customer service has declined drastically. They’re processing transaction 3-7 days after they happen. Not keeping my finances straight they’re charging me a ton of fees wrongfully. DO NOT BANK WITH MACATAWA. CHOOSE A CREDIT UNION.

  Fantastic bank and great staff dedicated to customer service. Locally owned and has offered Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University in the past to customers, and has a vested interest in the success of the community. Thanks for the great service and God bless.

  absolute worst bank to ever i go in their to ask about something for my paypal because i need something from my bank no one their even tried to help they said paypal wasn’t safe and she kept incorrecting me as if i don’t know what i’m doing paypal is obviously safe because over 70 million people use

  I deal with this branch often and their customer service is great. :) Even when they are short handed they are helpful, courteous, and patient with me and other customers. Thanks for having a great team!

  I being banking with this bank for the past two years, the customer service has being great until I came to this branch worst customer service bad attitude lazy to count the money just bad service in general never had a good experience there
