      Check didn't hit my account due to a "system error" the only solution I was given was to check again later. Pretty sad when the bank can't do the one thing it's supposed to. Don't trust M&T. Don't bank here.

      Is this bank still in business? They never answer their phones. When you call, you get a message stating that their call volume is high and to call back later. If you send a secure message, you may get a response within 3 days. I'm afraid to keep my account open at this bank so I'm closing it.

      Wow. Great service what can I say. That Brandon Shultie associate was great helping me get my secured loan to start my clamming business so I can live out my life long dream of being a clam distributor . Very helpful and he is great at math.
