  Worst customer service available. They are a terrible bank. Online customer service was terrible, and the bank wouldn’t help me. Might I suggest taking your money and moving it to navy federal next door.

  I'm doing this review sitting at the drive through window. I have been sitting here for almost 10 mins. The lady is at the window in full view of myself, but has yet to say hello or I will be right with you. Well I definitely would not call this great customer service. She just asked if she could help me after helping another that pulled up in the other lane. I'm told to deposit my check, I have to go to the other lane. I take ownership in going to the wrong lane which was the one right next to their window. However I could have been helped or advised sooner.

  Nancy and Janet and their staff have always been great! We've had both business and personal accounts with M&T for about 10 years and could not be happier with their service. And this branch is by far the best - we've been to other branches around the Baltimore area to make deposits etc and I always think, "I should just go to my Glen Burnie branch."

  The wait at this branch is ridiculous. The staff seemed completely unaware of the people waiting in the lobby and in the teller line. One window open, plenty of employees but total lack of awareness. Find another branch near you.

  They take 3-5 times as long as other banks to perform tasks/transactions in person. It might be because of all the time they spend BSing and trying to pry unnecessary information from you. The claim is probably that it's being friendly and personable, but in reality they're digging so they can try to sell you on more fee-filled underperforming services.

  The absolute worst!! Save yourself a headache and don't visit this branch and there's no point in calling. They clearly don't care about their customers and don't know how to treat them. Can't wait to leave!

  I have never had a problem with banking there I most likely will stay there for all my banking purposes. - I love M&T BANK

  Terrible customer service, specially a short hair lady who was in the window, very very rude. Terrible, totally racist.
