      I couldn’t believe how quickly M&T was able to process my PPP loan!       I would give it a zero if possible. Zero customer service. They don't care about their customers nor do what they say. I have been waiting 9 months on a simple distribution of funds. Finally have to call the Attorney General.

      Terrible. Feels like I’m time traveling back in time whenever I step foot in this branch. I’ve never been to a bank that looks confused when you make cash deposits. As a business owner I would never consider referring anyone to bank with them. Currently writing this review as the teller holds up my time for 20 minutes hand counting my business deposit..
