  Robert was there for us in every way. He patiently explained all application & closing documents. Seller insisted on closing less than 30 days from mortgage application. Robert honestly stated it may not be possible. This was a NY/FLA closing-no realtor, so a bit difficult. No doubt about it-ROBERT WAS THE ENGINE THAT DROVE THAT TRAIN! He ensured EVERYONE involved did their part expediently. We closed with time to spare! Robert is a professional with kindness and compassion in his heart!

  I sincerely appreciate everthing that Mike Raimi and Brian Parshall did for me. They were both extremy responsive to my deal. Mike basically answered all of my calls, or he called back soon after. Mike helped me organize everything I needed quickly, and gave me excellent advice along the way. I really enjoyed working with him. Brian was also extremely responsive. I had some issues tracking down paperwork, and he worked tirelessly with me and the underwriters to get me clear to close. Brian also answered basically everytime I called, which was many, many times. I would choose this team again hands down if I had to do it all over again.

  Buying a home for the first time can be nerve-wracking. When I decided to start the process after seeing a property online on the market, the first thing I did was reach out to Tom Higgins. I had known Tom for 10 years, but not in the capacity of buying homes. He called me less than 15 minutes later and we talked for over an hour, going over all the information he needed, running the numbers and giving me the official ok to start shopping for what I wanted. He put me in contact with the DiGiorgio team as my realtor and I started shopping. Once I found my dream townhouse, he was there every step of the way to assist with the necessary pre-approval for the offer and start the process. Tom was/is available 24/7 for his clients!! He answered my call and did a loan analysis while he was on vacation with him family! Trust me when I say that here is no one else you want on your side during the home-buying process than him. His knowledge of the industry combined with his personality, energy and honesty is what you need from the person who is handling the biggest purchase of your life! The entire thing was handled so smoothly and I can’t thank him and his team enough. Thank you Tom, you made my dream come true!!
