  Nick Lucia was a God send! After having a bad experience with another lender including having our loan reversed, Nick was very patient and explained the whole loan process in very good detail! From start to finish he was available and handled our every concern. On top of that he was able to give us benefits I never thought were possible (appraisal waiver, rate renegotiation, 30 day close) with our situation. I can not recommend Nick enough!
