  Lou and his team at Citizens Bank were true resemblance of Customer Obsession and Bias for Action. I was a first time home buyer and this was my first ever mortgage I got. Throughout the entire process Lou and his team acted as of my advisors NOT the lenders. They didnt hesitate to go beyond and above of their responsibilities. Even on the New Year's Eve of the 2021, on the last hours of the year when everyone is spending time with their families, and I was signing my contract, Lou was answering my text messages and phone calls. Even a few hours before my closing where the title company made a mistake, Lou and his team didnt hesitate to work with Citizens' closing department to resolve the issue. The builder that I bought the property was very difficult to work with. Without the amazing support I got from Lou and his team at Citizens, I wouldnt be able to close this transaction. Lou and Citizens' Bank will do me and my family mortgages rest of our lives. World needs more of Lous and for sure it will become a better a place with more people like Lou and his team at Citizens !
