  I recently had an experience with Annette Canales who was able to complete a commercial loan for me on a ridiculously short timeline. Along with her team of professionals, they were able to execute flawlessly. This interaction led to a fantastic new relationship with Lisa Mochel, our new commercial banker. Lisa asked great questions! She even conducted a site visit while our construction crews were operating to fully understand our process. After two visits, everyone knows you and treats you as an important asset to their business. You are more than just a number at Lone Star Capital Bank.   I have banked with Lone Star for many years.They are very customer service oriented and friendly. I have always found them to be very helpful. Not a big stuffy bank but locally owned and operated.

  I have been banking here for some time now, I love how they make you feel like family and you are not an other number like in the other banks. Southern hospitality and great customer service at its finest.

  This website is one of the worst I have used. It is not user friendly and I have spent way too long trying to figure it out. Even your own employees are having a hard time with it. Maybe that is why they don't call me back. I think it is time for me to move on to another bank.

  Do not bank here - the commercial bankers do not know what they are doing . This is a terrible place to bank.
