  Please do not let the car lot you’re purchasing your car from finance through this institution, by all means it will be the worse experience you ever have, there’s plenty of second chance finance companies that do not practice what these gangsters do. After a crueling 3 year loan from these people I paid the remaining balance off and being a day late, honest to God a day late, they sent a letter in the mail saying because of the short period of the loan their will be zero tolerance with late payment and for some reason I paid it on the 13th (it was due on the 12th) they issued a repossession on my car😂 needless say it cost me 200$ because they printed and repo order when I was 1 day late. Guys, I’m not joking. 1 freaking day late!!! Repo!!! Order.. Thats their practice, that’s how these places make their money, they will repo you car and sale it back to the car lot you bought it from.

  This company is the worst auto finance company I have ever dealt with! I am even having my husband have his bank buy out the contract from Lobel so we don't have to deal with them. Their customer service is unacceptable. You can only write or fax in documents. No email. They need a major overhaul on how to conduct business and the way they treat people!

  Don't walk Run from this company this is the worst place to finance a car from. Thank God I got my car refinance after year and half to a better company. Lobel has a F rating with better business Bureau. It's not worth it.

  I pay on time or even early every month, I get covid and I need support and I was asking if they can do anything for me, I asked if they can move this month to the end of the lease. Didn’t want to do it, so now I have to deal with my company paying for having covid and me trying to pay all my bills on time. Worst bank that don’t care for their customers. What a joke.

  Worst finicial company ever. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT FINANCE THREW THEM. So my car got towed called these guys to get the car for me sure no problem they say. They get the car then tell me i have 15 days to pay them $2500 . now for one all my paystubs were submitted to your guys i didnt at the time make that in a month. So the car gets sold they close my account and charge it off on my credit. Now months go by and they begin to garnish my check . i call the law office and its oh its nothing we can do . so now you telling me i have to pay back the 10000 and its 22% interest on that amount. Ill be stuck paying that forever. This cannot be right not fare. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ONKY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES. I seen a review on here the lady stated they wouldn't let her get her things out the car well they did me the same way wanted to charge me a whole $100 just to get my things out the car. WORST DECISION IVE MADE IN MY LIFE DOING BUSINESSS WITH THIS COMPANY

  In all of my 60 yes of buying cars, I have never dealt with any company that has people like (Sheryl) in the Las Vegas branch. Everyone else there was polite and professional. I believe she deals with small struggling car dealers that are crooked as I did with her and peter Sida of SPEEDWAY AUTO SALES. NITHER SHOULD BE TRUSTED. ALSO I have never written a bad comment on any site..Be careful with Peter and Sheryl.

  These people repossessed my car with all of my children's things inside!!! car seats clothes and toys. What type of loser does that at christmas time? Sneaky bastards!! I want my things back. I have paid way more than what the truck was even worth keep the damn old car but release my property!!
