  Praise for LoanPro and the exemplary team led by Frances. LoanPro was one of five brokers I approached for a re-fi. From the beginning, Frances was receptive and methodical. She navigated my particular requirements and the other loan estimates I’d received, countering and tweaking, until she produced one that could not be matched. Kudos also to Danielle and Abby, who kept on top of all the paper work, and took care of important details as they arose. A competing lender said the LoanPro estimate looked too good to be true and would take it if he were me. That night in September, before the Fed raised interest rates, and well after business hours, Frances took time away from family to lock in the best rate I could hope for. She and Danielle were accessible every step of the way, to the last signature on the last page at closing. Thank you, team LoanPro, for helping me close an important chapter, and making it possible to move on to the next.

  Fantastic service and mortgage rates. I got the lowest rate and was approved for a loan in 2 weeks.   Over the last 3 years we initiated a refi of our home, but the market conditions just weren't there to finalize a refi. With that said, Frances and team were always honest and clearly presented the options available. They look out for me as the customer rather than looking for a new deal to close. We were finally able to complete the refi at the beginning of 2021 when rates declined and surrounding property values stabilized making the refi possible and very beneficial to us. They were very transparent/honest through all refi iterations and there were never any surprises!
