Barbara Stroud1We would strongly encourage everyone to find anyone OTHER than Loan Depot for lending. They strung us along until a week before closing, just to lie and say they didn’t know what type of employment we held…when they sent us copies of our employment, funds, etc. Communication was horrible. We felt like we were stalking them and phone calls went days without getting returned. They are obviously not well trained in honesty and if not for our realtor/builder being witness to their dishonesty, we’d have lost our money. Please do your research and go with someone else. It’ll save you time, money and stress.
