  Almost the whole deal was done online, which is a huge plus. If the closing took place online, this would have been perfect. The loan estimate documents were great as it kept me aware of what my numbers looked like. And of course, 3% APR is very good! Jenny was very helpful keeping me informed and answered all my questions. For this being my very first real estate purchase, my experience was very pleasant. Thanks!!

  Henry Greenberg has been really great. We have been very careful at every step, to be sure we are making the correct decision, and it must have been incredibly frustrating to watch from Henry’s side of the phone line. But he’s been very patient with us and a real trooper. Whatever the outcome of our loan, we’re very grateful for Loan Depot’s staff’s terrific conduct throughout this entire process. We would definitely recommend you in the future.

  I had options to choose from and chose loan depot. It took them 4 weeks to tell them they couldn’t complete my loan after I’ve provided the necessary documents. It was on of the most frustrating thing to go through. You don’t have to complete the loan, BUT PLEASE LET PEOPLE KNOW so they can plan accordingly.

  Ron Liu is the ONE !! We couldn't do it without him! My friend recommended LoanDepot and I found Ron on their website and I was so glad I made the Right and the Best decision! Not only with his professionalism, attentive, super responsive ( late nights and weekends) but also he would go an extra step to help you with any questions or concerns you had. He went above and beyond and he was our Wikipedia! Sometimes I was thinking he should be our agent ! Because of him, Our home mortgage got approved in 2 weeks and he helped us lock the lowest interest rate for the closing as well! Highly recommended 5+ Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟loan officer Ron!!

  Hands down!! Yusheng Liu (Ron) is *the best* loan officers in the industry. I have done many deals with him and in my experience he always puts the consumer's best interest before anyone else. He is very honest and knowledgeable when structuring the challenging deals to make it work! above all very caring.... Call Yusheng (Ron)

  It was great working with Yusheng (Ron) Liu on my last deal. Ron started off by beating the previous rate my client was provided by other lenders. He was very helpful throughout the deal process as we changed a few of the key deal factors he was able to provide quick responses and well thought out answers to the questions we had. In the end our deal was quick and smooth to close.

  I've always gotten consistently low rates quoted by loanDepot and excellent service once we've engaged with them. Their online system makes all the annoying paperwork super easy to submit. I would definitely use them again.

  Perfect front end sales team, After that all down hill. Don’t believe their lies. Multiple agents repeated the same lie. After closing if the rate drops within 30 days you can refinance again minus lender fees but the reality. According to internal regulations you have to wait 6-12 months to refinance and not 30 days. Otherwise watch out for them messing up on signing you up on the original loan. Wrong loan amount to multiple times getting the same info wrong on paperwork. Anyway to sneak in fees and charges and fool you.
