  Melissa is fantastic and I will recommend her for everything from new home buys to refinancing. She made the process for us being a first home buyer so simple and worry free. Every time we had a question, whether by phone or text she would respond and walk us through the question. And I definitely was not angry about her advocating for us with her managers and getting us the best rate.

  Laura has been awesome. Initial interaction with her went very smoothly and she provided me with everything I needed to do and explained how the process would go. She is on top of everything and calls me if need immediate response or to congratulate me on getting a house to buy. She has been there every step of the way. Her emails are very concise and to the point. I really appreciate her partnership on getting me pre approved for a loan and now getting all the final paperwork completed. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

  We had a previous loan agent that put us in a predicament of losing our dream house due to inefficiencies. Cynthia turned everything all around quickly at a time we were told there was no hope. We, unfortunately, sis not get the house but qualified for another. Her experience and patience makes the effort less terrifying for us, new home buyers, and Cynthia instill confidence in the process.
