  This is my first time home buying purchase so I talked to multiple loan consultants to compare overall then I realized Jae is the most professional and knowledgeable one. I am glad working with Jae Ro at loanDepot as I can see he worked on my case with all his efforts and even went extra miles. My case is complicated because the process got delayed by the builder (it's a new construction), but Jae helped me to work through the whole process step by step with all his patience. As it's my first time, I am not familiar with the details, I really appreciated Jae spent lots of time on me even after hours to explain and answered all my questions timely, responsively and professionally. Highly recommended!

  This is our third time working with Jae Ro at loanDepot in San Jose, for 2 refinancing and 1 purchase. The overall experience (price competitiveness, process transparency and efficiency, customer experience and support) that Jae and his team provides is so good that we will keep coming back for our future refinancing and purchase needs. The whole loan process gets done in 2-4 weeks. Every question we have had has typically been answered within 30min, including during nights and weekends. They have so many lending partners that we save an enormous amount of time finding the most suitable loan terms. Communications are clear, effective, timely.

  It was amazing working with Jae as a loan consultant. As as first time home buyer, he was very patient with answering each and every question with details.   I was referred to Jae by my realtor and I am so glad she did! I am a first time home buyer and he was with me every step of the way. I had complete and detailed insight into how much I'd be paying and why. No matter the time of day, he was always available for a WebEx call.   Loan Depot got us a great interest rate for our home loan when others were giving a higher rate. We had Jae Ro, and he was amazing at always being there for you. When buying a house, lots happens, and there were many times we needed an answer on something, and no matter how small a question, Jae would still be there responding via text or call. If Jae was currently on a call, he’d communicate that with you and give you time the moment he could. He was always there for us and was eager to provide the math and crunch numbers with us so that we were able to get our house.

  Jae Ro deserves 100 stars! The 2 most important people in the home buying process is your real estate agent and your loan officer. We are so lucky to have Jae as our Loan Officer. He is super responsive (he responds to us even on the weekends or late at night) and well-organized. He makes sure we understand every step of the process and checks in regularly to keep us informed of the status. He even goes above and beyond to call the seller's agent and vouched for our financials! You can tell he truly cares about his clients and does everything he can to help them get the best rates and close on time (or even early). I would recommend Jae to anyone. 100%!

  One of my friends referred me to loanDepot and from the first day Jae was very responsive with excellent communication. With Sky Rocking real estate prices in the Bay Area, it is not always easy to find a suitable loan. However, Jae offered me very competitive product where I couldn’t find a similar offer anywhere else with other lenders. During the house hunting period, Jae was always available to answer my questions, and we got the necessary documents and pre-approval on time for our offers. During the closing process, Jae and his manager Saeho were very supportive to get the issues resolved one by one. In our case Jae went above and beyond to help us close the deal. I definitely recommend Jae and Saeho for best service and good rate!
