  I made a 400 hundred dollar chain and the very next morning tried to switch it out and pay the difference on a 1000 dollar chain and they only offered me 160 even though the same lady sold me the chain the night before. Wasnt asking for a return. I spent the money else where. I couldnt believe it they are not friendly at all they are greedy.

  Victoria was AMAZING! She took her time, and explained everything she was doing during my visit. She was friendly, thorough, compassionate and it’s very clear that she loves her job. She made me feel comfortable and I genuinely believed she was there to help me, not rip me off. I would definitely recommend going to her if you find yourself in a bind. She was absolutely THE BEST. I drove over an hour to see her, and if need be I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you so very much Victoria!!!!

  Wes did a awesome job very friendly experience pricing was very fair. Would recommend and if you go there talk to Wes he will help you out make you feel like your family. Thank you for the pleasant experience at this establishment

  This shop is by far my favorite! I always have my guns sent to them, they make the process so easy for me. The people that work there are so knowledgeable and always a pleasure to be around, especially Jay!

  I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for reasonable prices on your goods. They are super friendly and have a good selection of different things in the store.. If you want to be treated fairly and get good deals I highly recommend this shop it’s the best in lake wales
