  All your banking needs they got you. Crystal helped me set up my new accounts and called me back personally to check and make sure everything was going good. Oh and I got a pretty blanket for starting my new free account 😁 . And I had a dead battery in the parking lot one day . To embarrassed to ask for help I was trying to call my son but an employee heard me try and start the car and came and helped me. Him and his wife 😀 I highly recommend this bank

  ATM is in drive thru so you may have to wait several minutes to get cash from it during business hours. Who in the entire world thought this was a good idea? Built brand spanking new with a major flaw that is obvious to the public. And we are not architects. I would have changed banks if not for the horrible hassle. Minus this complaint, would have gotten 4 stars. 5 if drive thru was faster.

  You can never get through on the phone. Drive thru has issues. ATM is located in a drive thru lane, almost impossible to use the ATM.
