  Try to open a account for myself and my son. The man told me he be right with me and had my waiting almost 2 hours and another employee just stood watching us wait. First and last time ever going to that place. If they didn’t want to work should of stood home. Extremely piss so unprofessional. I definitely will be opening an account for us with another bank.

  If I could give the service a zero I would! HORRIBLE service and the cashiers couldn’t be more problematic. Every transaction that you attempt to make cannot be done for some new unwritten policy. WORST share branching I have EVER experienced. To add onto a disastrous experience the cashiers’ nasty attitudes and condescending demeanor make this a bank I will NEVER return to.

  Depending on who you get on the phone this place is a nightmare to deal with. It's been 1 month and we are still waiting on paperwork. I've closed my account and had a family member do the same.
