  If I could give this place 0 stars I would do just that!! Every time I come in I have some sort of issue trying to get into my account... I came in and the said that they needed my account number I go home to get it, because my app wasn't working and I come back up here to give them that number to get into my account and it still isn't what they need... Now they are saying they need my member number, I have NEVER in my life been to a bank that couldn't log into your account with either your name and ID or an account number... It has been the most frustrating thing and I can NOT wait until I don't have to deal with them anymore!! I will NEVER put myself in a situation where I have to go through them for anything again!!!!!!!!

  This company is horrible. After a long quarantine due to a positive covid test, we have 1 out of 3 account go negative due to no money coming in. Tried making a withdrawal for groceries and was declined. After speaking to a heartless individual on the phone, I was told despite the situation and current environment, them getting paid for a negative account was more important than my family eating and that my accounts are locked for the time being. I'm not sure how they think this is ok but apparently they don't really care about their customers. The moment I settle that account i will be closing all accounts with them and urge everyone else to do the same. There are far better banks out there. I'd take an unsecured credit card with direct deposit over them at this point. Shameful place.

  Forced to go inside, during a pandemic, to conduct shared branch deposit. Was informed at the window that I would need to go inside because they couldn't verify me at the window for shared branch transactions. Went inside to see what they couldn't verify, Was provided incorrect information by a teller(said she couldn't provide shared branch balances.) Had to request a manager who then was miraculously able to find the balance but refused to provide a printout of it. In the end the only reason they needed me to even go inside was because they wanted a signature on one of their devices in the lobby. Never mind the fact that they just received my signature + copy of my dl with the deposit form itself.

  It always seems to be a difficult and time consuming process when entering this place. I do the same three things, once a month, I pay my mortgage, pay my car payment, and make an extra principal payment on my car. I am always greated with looks of confusion when attempting to do these three things and my visit always seems to take minimum of 15 to 20 minutes, despite the fact that I have never seen more than one other customer in the lobby. If I knew that it was always going to be such a hassle to make my monthly payments I probably would have taken out my mortgage somewhere else. My time is valuable, and not respected at this place. EDITED TO ADD... ... after my initial problem I was contacted by the bank staff. They were apologetic and assured me that my issues would be addressed, which I appreciate. I am confident that improvements will be made and that these problems will be rectified.

  We just refinanced our mortgage with Liberty Financial and worked with Michael Buchanon. Matt Groves also assisted in making this such an easy process for us! The title company they work with, Foreman Watson even made arrangements for our busy schedule and accommodations they most certainly did not have to do. Both companies made doing business with them a great experience! Highly recommend!

  Everytime I call about a question about my account ..The woman who works in the morning acts likes she doesn't know anything...Then has pauses of not saying anything...I also have different balances show up all the time and money gets taken out of my account and u can't even see who took it and where it went...one day I could have a balance of 700.00 dollars and check again in 3 days and my balance would be 760.00 and u can't see where it went....And they act like they don't know where it went

  I called a month ago to see about refinancing my house and the manager at the location in Owensboro left her tons of voice messages they never called back they never gave you time a day and when you call the office all you get is a message from the person you talk to that says I will call you tomorrow never againWaffle with these people for my time is valuable to and I don’t even have the common courtesy to pick the phone up and call you back
