  Not the best bank I have ever dealt with. Interest rates change without notice. We closed our account on the middle of the month and received no notice about interest, that accumulates daily, being forfeited if you close your account before month end. We even contacted the customer service chat about closing the accounts and they didn't say anything about the interest being forfeited. These were savings accounts not CD's. I would expect to loose the interest in a CD. Not a good experience, so much for trying to get the small bank customer service experience.

  Call 800# to open account the other day spoke with Chantel. She was fabulous wonderful customer service and people skills I will be doing all my business with Leominster credit union for ever now. I tryed to get her to come work for me she was so great.

  My wife and I financed our home purchase with LCU and are very happy with the rates, closing costs, and especially the friendly and helpful guidance we received from Jake Lippman. We 100% recommend Jake and LCU to anyone looking for a mortgage!

  I forgot my coupon book . I called the 800 number Missy the rep. was a pleasure to work with and happy to help me. I am away from home. I I did not want to be late with loan payment. I verified a few details. Easy peasy. The credit union is awesome if you have an issue present it in a way that gives the rep the opportunity to assist you . If you have already messed up, there are times that a person may be beyond the point of no return ! ,as they say , if I may . No disrespect.

  STAY AWAY!! Find a bank that might care about there customers. They Scammed me out of hundreds of dollars through a life insurance policy I never signed up for. BEWARE!

  Super bad customer service. Try to avoid the call center at all costs! I've had to call a couple times and people are either rude and/or don't want to help. Just got off the phone with someone who seemed distracted the whole time and I kept having to ask if they were still there!
