  Todd and Bonnie were Awesome. Great follow up and follow through. Todd was straight forward and he not only earned our trust but maintained it through the process and closing. There were no games to try to sweeten the deal with added cost that would not have made good financial sense. Bonnie was on point making sure every detail was covered and was persistently friendly to keep us on our game. If you are not using Todd and Bonnie you are missing out on what a true business partner is. Thanks for everything.

  2017: referred by beloved dental hygienist, also past client, to refi a 2004 subsubprime 125% condo heloc near end of its loan-mod-pkg rope. Couldn't do mortgage for propmgmt subcontractor botching lender questionnaire. 2019: tried again on propmgmt staff turnover; a mature adult's conventional mortgage worked. 2020: Todd contacted me-- record lowest rates justified an entire replay making eminent financial sense; 3rd time the charm. Excellent service refi'ing twice meant I didn't have to, under duress, sell condo and uproot existence in current Denver market not to mention barrel 'o' cascading consequences. Dodged the bullet of ubiquitous 2020 housing woe. Deep experience and skill throughout myriad twists and turns; highly recommend.
