  Kristie was a great help to me when I came in. She was able to get me the loans i wanted and was extremely informative which gave me a better understanding of my credit score and how to improve it. Launch has been an outstanding credit union and alternative to a normal bank.

  Stephanie Baker is absolutely awesome!! She is very thorough and she works hard for you! My husband and I were both able to refinance our vehicles for a lower rate. We are both very appreciative of her working so hard for us. The process was quick and easy. Thanks Stephanie!!

  Ive been banking with this bank for the better half of 6 years now, and I have had nothing but good experiences with this location. Their staff is amazingly helpful and polite, their managers are quick to help dispute any issues, their tellers are among some of the friendliest people in customer service that i’ve met, and they dont hesistate to help support small local businesses!

  We can't say enough about the staff at the Edgewater Branch of Launch Credit Union. We had an unexpected family circumstance that needed our immediate financial support. We do not live in Florida so we were not able to walk into the branch and take care of this. The leadership & staff at this branch walked us through each step and told us exactly what we needed to do on both ends to make this happen. The accounting group was equally quick to respond when there were additional specific questions. Most of all they were very professional and made it effortless! It all happened very expeditiously to a happy ending. We are grateful for both teams. Thanks Launch!!
