  Purchasing a home was as a mere thought when I found out I would need to relocate my family to Western Washington. When we first contacted Debra it was to get a plan on what we would need to do to possibly purchase a home in the next year. At no time before that first call did I think we would be buying a home within a few short months of relocating. On that first call with Debra, she assured us that not only was it possible in the next year but that we could start looking immediately.
