      Terri's incompetence and dishonesty cost is thousands of dollars and very nearly cost us our home. If we hadn't switched from Scott Prindle from Loan Depot, I really think our house purchase would have fallen through. She dragged our closing out for 8 months, assuring us that she was working on it, shaming us for asking, only to admit later that she hadn't done a thing and had no idea when she would. I am in the process of pursuing legal action and reporting her to the appropriate regulating agencies.

      I've called 3 times to try and get a mortgage and all 3 time they said Terry's out of the office. Left her messages to call me back and have never heard from her, doesn't this woman ever work in the office??

      Terry has done both my loans!! She was able to get my fist one done with little money down, others wanted 20% down! Wonderful through both loans!

      Called to see what I would requalify for, ran my credit AGAIN after I said I didn't want it run again and never call me back. I have waited almost 2 months with no return calls. I will not be using this company when it comes time to buy my house. Very unsatisfied.
