  Worst experience ever in banking. Incompetent teller. Had me endorse a check and then informed me that the bank would have to hold it for 3 business days. Eduardo he said his name was and refused to give me his last name. I'm still struggling to get my money from that check. I would never recommend Landmark. Not

  I don't know if the bad reviews are from troll profiles but I never had a bad experience here at this Landmark location. The employees are nice and they give good customer service

  While everyone is friendly, I consistently receive poor service here. I use deposit slips for transactions and tellers will still deposit the money to the wrong account. I am regularly asked which account it’s deposited to, and neither my words or the account number seems to make a difference. I requested some data due to an audit and was given different answers from teller, the main credit union number and the branch manager.

  Landmark Credit Union has been a pleasure to work with. When it comes to loans they are fair and efficient. I do not agree with their decision to lock down their Lobby completely during the covid-19 crisis. I would rather have seen masks and social distancing measures in place.

  Today I worked with Michael, Personal Finance Officer, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and resourceful. He was honest about timelines and reached out to me through the process so I felt supported without being badgered. Also very personable and professional. I'm glad I do my banking with a local credit union who also has great employees.

  Not satisfied with overall service. Every week the bank claims to be doing "online maintenance " and I have no access to my banking and God forbid you want to reach a human to speak to if you have an issue to address because you will be on hold for at least an hour.👎👎wish I could give negative stars. This bank sucks.

  My dog ate my credit card. Needless to say I was a bit cranky. Called to get a new card and spoke to Aleria (sorry if I spelled it wrong). They were so friendly and funny and helpful. Thank you for the laugh and brightening my afternoon! Picture of the culprit below.

  I want to thank the teller ( JASMIN ) at Bayview branch because she is the only who smiles and help customers even when she is busy with something else. At the same time I wanna say to TERRI the teller you can’t close your window while there is a customer waiting at the line that’s disrespectful and you should not work with customers you should work back office or moved from this branch. Thank you again JASMIN. 🤗🤗🤗

  The people here are great. If this were just about THIS BRANCH, I would give 5 stars. However, their abysmal can center has earned them 1. I am still on hold as I type this, and have been for 30 minutes even though I was quoted a wait time of 4 minutes, and have already been hung up on once. If this is how landmark chooses to represent themselves, I'll be taking my financials elsewhere.

  Very disappointed in this neighborhood bank and bad customer service. Was promised a product by a teller, so I agreed to start an account there. After several months and several times of asking where my promised services were, tellers continued to tell me "wait a bit longer" After 6 months when I demanded my product, they told me I had not followed procedure, and it was too late now, even though they were the ones telling me to wait. Teller gave me a phone number to call "try to work it out yourself" like the teller was tired of me bothering her. Made me try to do my own customer service with corporate headquarters. I left voice mails and corporate number provided never returned my calls. Boo Landmark Boo I will do my banking elsewhere.
