  Liz Litaea with Land Home Financial is one of the best loan officers I have worked with. We recently refinanced our home and Liz worked extremely hard to save us loads of money. Our work and financial situation were a little tricky because of the ongoing pandemic but Liz offered us every option available and in the end, choosing one that worked the best for us.   Working with Erin and her team was A DREAM. I am a self confessed impatient control freak, and Erin was always patient and answered all my questions (anjd all my lengthy emails) with an abundance of knowledge and care. She genuinely cared about us and making sure that our loan worked for us and our budget and life moving forward. Erin worked seamlessly with our real estate agent making the process streamlined and smooth from all aspects. I can not stress enough how much I recommend Erin - everyone should work with her on all things financial!

  Erin is very responsive and very easy to work with. She is always available to answer my questions via call or text, and she is very good at explaining things (paperwork,process,etc.) in a way that the average person can easily understand, making the process more comfortable and unstressed.   Liz went WAY above and beyond to get our tangled mess of financials to make enough math-sense to qualify for me for a refinance (3%, wooohooo!!)... She contacted my bank and a solar company, and also worked diligently with her people to make everything line up. I know far too well that it's increasingly rare to find such dedication and expertise. It takes a certain kind of person to get it done sometimes... Liz, well, Liz is a real piece of work!!! (in a good way, of course hehehe!) Thanks Liz!!!

  My wife and I have worked with Erin a few times now and every experience has been great. Erin and everybody else at Land Home Financial are professional and very helpful. Sometimes you can be made to feel like you are just another customer but not at Land Home. It is nice these days to experience top notch customer service.

  Debbi has been AMAZING! From walking into her office with no expectations to actually buying a home within a few months. I can actually say, "we are 1st time home buyers!!!!!" So happy we met Debbi and never had to deal with anyone that just was out to make a buck. It's scary and nerve raking going into something like home buying but with Debbi and her AWESOME REALTOR LISA, they made everything come together perfect. THEY ARE REALLY THE DREAM TEAM! Debbi walked us through every step, what to expect, a breakdown of numbers and what she thought would work for us. She has years of experience and it definitely paid off! She has the right connection to make anything happen. She is a one man show. She even stated that we could always call her afterwards with any with any questions or concerns. Which is really reassuring. We are looking forward to having the pleasure of working with Debbi down the road. I will never have to go anywhere else. She is truly wonderful!

  Liz Litaea is a ROCK STAR! There are many folks out in the world that know the financial services game. Many I don't trust. I give my trust to Land Home Financial Services for 1 person. Liz Litaea. I trust her as a Senior Mortgage Banker and someone who knows the market, the timing and how to manage relationships. I've known her for as long as I've owned my home in West Oakland. She was the first person I met and dealt with to buy my home which has quadrupled in value. I've kept it up and refinanced when I had to get the work done to keep it up (it's over 100 years old and has a new roof and foundation). I think she's a gift of a person because financial decisions this big require big minds and hearts to help you manage the tough decisions. She's helped me throughout this process and that's not easy when you've not got a host of people around you that have degrees in law and finance. She's a wonderful and smart person who helps direct financial services....and especially for women and first time buyers(important to be respected when you're doing something like this). RE is a tricky business. People can lose their homes easily and make poor decisions. I feel like I have a knowledgeable financial guru at my side when I work with her...confident to use LHFS as my mortgage broker and Liz Litaea at the table each time I need to make big decisions that impact my life and future

  I've worked with Liz at LHFS twice in the last 10 years, both times with our house. I reached out to Liz asking for advice as to a difficult financial situation my family was in. She came up with a solution, and worked very hard and proactively with me to implement it as soon as possible. Highly recommend.
