  I went to Lakeland Bank during COVID and worked with Joe . He was with another client but disinfected his office before I was allowed in . He is very calm and professional in his environment. I highly recommend him for all your banking needs .

  Before I left for a trip to Hong Kong and Macau on business I informed the bank of my travel plans. However, for no reason my business and personal accounts were blocked although There was sufficient funds. I was unable to pay for food, hotel and I became ill and had to go to the hospital and was informed that if I did not pay the bill I would be arrested. If it were not for a friend Who paid the bills I would have been in major trouble, or dead for lack of medication.

  Very unprofessional in the way a matter was hard for me all there customer. No customer care at all. They made a mistake with a money order but insists they can do nothing to help me. Still unresolved, and then they closed my account without speaking with me out resolving the issue. There is fraud going on within there Bank and they refuse to investigate the matter further.

  Lakeland bank is horrible.They gave me the wrong account number, i used the number they provided me with for my direct deposit. I call and get nowhere. Stay away from lakeland bank.
