  Great experience as first time home buyers working with Kyle Leemon! Kyle did an amazing job from meeting with his clients in person to understand their needs and educate them about the entire mortgage experience. He has great communication skills and kept us up to date about the steps and process for our loan. His team was able to quickly move us through the mortgage application and closing process even in the middle of the COVID pandemic.   We worked with Charlie Millard to purchase our first home and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking into buying a home! He was such a good resource to have, very attentive, responsive and willing to bend over backwards to make sure everything got done on time without giving any false hope, very upfront.   I have purchased 5 homes and done multiple refinances over the past 15 or so years. Financing my recent home loan through LMCU was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had with working on financing. From start to finish, we were ready to close in just a few weeks! Chris Dinsdale and his team were so responsive and were always available to answer questions, regardless what time of day it was. I can't say enough about how great Chris was to work with. The entire team and process could not have gone better!!

  I was very hopeful when I first reached out to LMCU/Charlie, and wanted to use LMCU for our home loan because of their great reputation and awesome customer service. However, my experience working with then has been frustrating and disappointing. It has been over a month since I last heard from them regarding our pre-approval, and have had no updates since. I reached out to share my frustrations, and still got no response. I understand that we are in a pandemic, and things may take more time to process, but I find this unacceptable. I truly hope this is not the service every borrower gets from LMCU.

  We used LMCU for financing our vacation property. Charlie Millard was our loan officer and he was very attentive and responsive throughout the process. Any questions we had, he was able to answer within an hour if I submitted by email, and faster if I needed to call. However, he was quick to keep us updated with the proceedings, so there were few questions we needed to ask. Overall, an excellent experience with Charlie and LMCU! Many thanks!

  We worked with mortgage sales manager Kyle Leemon and LMCU on acquiring our new home loan and had a great experience! Kyle was very quick and prompt with communication and explained everything to us in detail. He made a point to go above and beyond to not only help us with securing the loan but also to make sure we were educated and understood the pertinent details involved with getting a loan. On top of that we also got a great rate! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home loan to consider getting it through LMCU and working with Kyle!

  My fiance and I just closed on our first home and LMCU could not have made it any easier. Charles M. was great to work with as he was very educational, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process! He went over and beyond, working long days, taking late night calls, and going over every detail to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. We were able to close in a timely manner and the communication was excellent between all parties. LMCU is highly recommended by us.
