      By far the worst financial institution to do business with! Worst customer service, transactions between accounts without your consent or knowledge, and very dishonest with their customers. No matter your circumstances, do not do business with these people.

      At 47 years of age I just experienced the worst banking experience of my adult life. The customer service was atrocious and the representatives there are flat out dishonest. My advice to anyone considering this institution, don't.

      This is by far the worst financial institution I’ve ever heard of. They give the poorest of customer and have very shady busy dealings. The young ladies that deal with loans move monies from account to account without the knowledge and/or permission of the account holders. I’m quite sure that the practices that are used here do not coincide with that of the FDIC. Never put your money here or get a loan with this so called financial institution because it will be the biggest mistake of your life!

      Never seen a place of business that don’t value their customers. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Had to go through 3 people for some type of understanding. Very rude, and plain nasty attitudes. I won’t recommend no one to them. Just lost a customer !
